Яблочная диета для похудения – вкусна и хрустяща

Яблоки вкусны, на эти фрукты не бывает аллергии, их всегда найдешь в продаже и по доступной цене. Получается, что яблочная диета подходит любой прослойке общества (в отличии, например, от ананасовой диеты).

Всем известно, что эти фрукты бывают разной степени сладости и кислотности. Чтобы не повредить желудку и в целом организму, перед использованием такой диеты необходимо проконсультироваться со специалистами, которые вас обследуют и подтвердят, что заболеваний ЖКТ у вас нет. После подтверждения вы можете смело начать любую диету, и яблочную в том числе.

Различие многих яблочных диет заключается в продолжительности, жесткости и вспомогательных продуктов.

Вариант для обладающих немалой силой воли — яблочная недельная диета. При этом варианте допустимо употреблять зеленый чай (но без сахара) и минералку в любых количествах. В первые и последние сутки данной диеты нужно съедать по килограмму яблок. Во второй день съедаем теперь 1,5 кг яблок. 3 и 4 день едим по 2 кило, на пятый день опять 1,5 г, а на 6-ой — килограмм. В эти дни кушать хочется невероятно, и чтобы вы не сорвались, употребите запеченные в духовке яблоки, но тогда воздержитесь от употребления жидкости.

Яблочную диету считают довольно тяжелой, она иногда приводит к стрессам и эмоциональным напряжениям. Избавляться от эмоциональных нагрузок нужно с помощью физкультуры. Занятие спортом во время диеты лишь закрепит ее эффект и во всем теле придаст чувство гармонии.

Более приемлемой из яблочных диет, можно считать кефирно–яблочную диету. Ежедневно, начиная в 7-8 утра, а затем через каждые 3 часа употребляем по одному свежему яблоку и поллитра обезжиренного кефира. Употребление другой жидкости в диету запрещено.

Существует смешанная диета на яблоках: в абсолютно любой день недели нужно употреблять в пищу 1 кило свежих яблок и полкило запеченных. Тут также употребление любой жидкости запрещено категорически.

Если вы действительно желаете воспользоваться яблочной диетой для похудения, и внимательно изучили изложенную информацию и, то к выбору своего собственного единственного варианта нужно подойти сознательно и со всей серьезностью. Необходимо помнить, что эти варианты диет не должны нарушать ваш жизненный ритм, а должны лишь облегчать его.
