Средиземноморская диета

4Средиземноморская кухня, как и средиземноморская диета, является идеальным примером разнообразного и сбалансированного питания. Во время средиземноморской диеты ограничивается потребление меда, оливкового масла и крахмалосодержащей пищи. Благодаря этим исключениям из рациона питания люди начинают худеть. Кроме этого, снижается уровень холестерина и уровень риска именно сердечнососудистых заболеваний.

Средиземноморская диета, которая основана на употреблении средиземноморской кухне, позволит вам сбросить лишний вес, и тонизирует ваш организм. Она рассчитывается на 2 недели, на протяжении которых вам предстоит питаться супом, чистой водой, сырыми овощами и некоторыми белковыми продуктами, иными словами всем кроме вышеперечисленных продуктов. Суп необходимо есть 3 раза в день. Для его приготовления вам понадобятся: корень сельдерея — 200г, перец зеленый – 2 шт., маленький кочан капусты, томатный сок – 1,5 литра, морковь, помидоры и репчатый лук – всех по 6 шт. Мелко нарежьте овощи и выложите их в кастрюлю, после чего залейте все это томатным соком. Помешивая, доведите всю массу до кипения и варите 10 минут на сильном огне, потом накройте кастрюлю крышкой и варите на 10 минут, но уже на малом огне.

Суп можно сварить и из зелени сельдерея. Для него вам понадобятся: небольшой кочан капусты, помидоры – 2 шт., лук репчатый – 6 шт., болгарский перец, специи по вкусу. Овощи необходимо залить 3 литрами воды и варить 15 минут.

Пока вы на диете, вам противопоказаны алкогольные и газированные напитки, жирная пища, соленья, мучные продукты и сладости.

Ниже приведен примерный рацион на время диеты:

День 1 – суп, фрукты, кроме бананов любые;

День 2 – свежие овощи и суп;

День 3 – к овощам и супу добавляется 1 вареный картофель;

День 4 – суп, литр кефира и три банана;

День 5 – суп, помидоры – 6 шт., вареное мясо (курица, говядина) или нежирная рыба, не более 700 г., жидкость – не менее 2л;

День 6 – сырые овощи и суп, а также 350 вареного мяса, рыбы (см. день 5);

День 7 – овощи, суп и коричневый вареный рис.

Вот в таком порядке необходимо питаться на протяжении 2 недель. Поскольку суп не является калорийным продуктом, его вы можете употреблять в любых количествах. За время средиземноморской диеты вы можете потерять от 5 до 7 кг. Если вес будет падать очень быстро, то после первой недели лучше сделать перерыв на 2 дня, после чего продолжить. Весь цикл можно повторять не раньше, чем через 2 месяца. Эффект, который вы получите от первого цикла, продержится довольно долго. Перед началом цикла проконсультируйтесь с врачом.
