Особенно опасна для маленьких детей, грудничков, которых мама кормит своим молочком.  Поэтому гипоаллергенная диета для кормящих мам является настоящей необходимостью. Она поможет вам избежать многих проблем, которые так или иначе  связаны со здоровьем вашего ребенка.

Если мать  будет употреблять продукты, которые вызывают аллергены у малыша, то это может спровоцировать развитие болезней у ребенка, которая проявляется в виде расстройства желудка или высыпаний на коже. Порой кожная аллергия может быть очень тяжелой, что приводит к опасным болезням – спазм дыхательных путей и ларингит.

Если мама будет придерживаться особой  диеты, то это поможет защитить неокрепший крохотный организм ребенка. Гипоаллергенная диета содержит несколько основных  правил, которых стоит строго придерживаться.

Меню кормящей матери содержит в себе прием благополучных в аллергеном плане продуктов – крупы, хлеб, овощи, фрукты, но наши русские. Ни в коем случае нельзя кушать цитрусовые, так как именно они в первую очередь провоцируют развитие аллергии.

Нехваток белка у кормящей мамы должны восполнять такие продукты как биойогурт и биокефир.  Можно кушать сыр, но только не острый. Все блюда, которые мама употребляет в пищу должны быть приготовлены в духовке или на пару.

Несмотря на ограниченное количество блюд, которые можно есть, следует стараться, не есть одни и те же блюда,  избегать однообразности, менять сочетания продуктов изо дня в день.

Очень важно придерживаться специальной  диеты особенно, когда ваш малыш еще совсем кроха. Ведь аллергия очень коварная вещь. Она может не проявляться некоторое время, а потом проявиться со всеми отягощающими последствиями, которые очень сложно будет исправлять, так как иммунная система вашего ребенка еще не сформировалась.

Мама, которая кормит  ребенка грудью может думать, что если у ее чада отсутствуют первичные признаки аллергии – высыпания, то можно начать кушать все подряд без исключения, не ограничивая себя ни в чем. Это мнение весьма ошибочное, поэтому так делать не следует, если вы беспокоитесь о тяжелой реакции организма ребенка.

Поэтому рекомендуем всем кормящим мамочкам придерживаться этой  диеты, чтобы никаких проблем со здоровьем малыша не возникало.
