Диета космонавтов — путь к стройности

Но, ущерб какой степени тяжести они готовы нанести своему здоровью, в погоне за идеалом? Ниже представлена диета, которая помогает и приобрести хорошую фигуру — это диета космонавтов. Самым примечательным является название диеты. Но главное не название, а результат. Что же приводит к такому результату?

В принципе, эта диета считается самой сложной и самой продолжительной. По эффективности она стоит в ряду первых. Скажу сразу, с космосом или космонавтикой, она никак не связана. Скорее это напоминает рацион космонавта, перед полетом в космос. Но, и это своего рода догадки. Диета космонавтов подразумевает собой белковое питание и абсолютное или полное исключение потребления клетчатки. Как понимаете, клетчатка очень необходима для организма человека. Поэтому, если у вас здоровье как у космонавта, то не стоит переживать на счет ущерба. Если же такой уверенности нет, то лучше предпочесть что-то более щадящее.

Основы для соблюдения диеты:

  • Так как рацион будет достаточно «беден», необходимо одновременно с диетой пропивать витаминчики.
  • Хотите вы того или нет, но в день придется употреблять не меньше чем два литра чистой воды.
  • Полное исключение соли, сахара и специй
  • Это самый важный момент. Если у вас колит или какие-либо другие проблемы и заболевания кишечника, то это диета не для вас. Не рискуйте своей жизнью.

Почему же такие суровые требования? Потому что вместо похудения, можно получить сильные осложнения, на лечение которых могут уйти даже годы.

Период следования диеты — 20 календарных дней. Как правило, один день — один килограмм. Если вы вдруг понимаете, что следовать диете стало не под силу, остановитесь. Пусть результат будет меньше, зато здоровье крепче. Эксперимент над организмом ставить не стоит, иначе он отплатит сполна.

Рацион питания диеты космонавтов:

  1. Завтрак. Один стакан кефира (можно кофе) и одно вареное яйцо.
  2. Обед. Сто грамм отварной курицы, полстакана бульона куриного и один стакан кефира (можно кофе).
  3. Полдник. Один стакан кефира.
  4. Ужин. 200 грамм творога (нежирного).

Такого режима и рациона питания нужно придерживаться все 20 дней. После того, как диета окончена, ПОСТЕПЕННО переходите на нормальное питание.
